Payment Timing: Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase, or when a free trial ends, and automatically renewed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial, once per account: a card is required, and the first fee is charged when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled before then. Extra credits are charged once, at the time of purchase.
Service Delivery: An account is available after registration. Provider-backed reviews become available after payment confirmation for an active paid plan. Access is provided through the web application at pikaan.com. Extra credits are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
Cancellation / Refund Policy: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon ordinary cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. An unpaid account can sign in and browse, but cannot start provider-backed verification. If you cancel during a free trial, access continues until the trial ends and no fee is charged. Extra credits are a one-time purchase and are not affected by cancelling a subscription. Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded on request within 14 days of the purchase; credits that have already been used cannot be refunded.
Additional Fees: Extra credits are optional and charged only when you choose and confirm a purchase. Pikaan does not apply automatic usage overages.
