Payment MethodsCredit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) via Stripe.
Payment TimingSubscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and automatically renewed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Service DeliveryThe service is available immediately upon account creation and payment confirmation. Access is provided through the web application at pikaan.com.
Cancellation / Refund PolicySubscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. The Free plan requires no payment and can be used without a subscription.
Additional FeesNo additional fees beyond the subscription price. All processing costs are included in the plan pricing.
