Service Delivery: An account is available after registration. Provider-backed reviews become available after payment confirmation for an active paid plan. Access is provided through the web application at pikaan.com.
Cancellation / Refund Policy: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon ordinary cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. An unpaid account can sign in and browse, but cannot start provider-backed verification.
Additional Fees: Credit top-up purchases are not available. Pikaan does not apply automatic usage overages.
